We understand unforeseen events may impact your ability to make an appointment and will work with you to reschedule. Please carefully read the below terms and conditions, to ensure your appointment goes as smoothly as possible and to understand what is expected both of you and Bontoc Ancestor Medicine.
- All services from Bontoc Ancestor Medicine should never be used as a substitute for prescribed treatments made to the client, by a medical or health professional.
- Payment for service must be made prior to appointment.
- All appointments are based on Pacific Time. If client is outside of this time zone, client is responsible for calculating the appointment time, in their time zone.
- All clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate set up for online meetings (e.g. Zoom has been properly downloaded on client device, client has enough bandwidth to use both video and sound, client is in a private and quiet area to ensure privacy and to ensure both parties can be heard).
- If an appointment is canceled by Bontoc Ancestor Medicine, a 100% refund will be initiated the day of cancellation. Bontoc Ancestor Medicine will work with client to reschedule.
- Cancellations made by client, less than 24 hours prior to their appointment, will result in a 25% loss of appointment cost.
- All information shared with Bontoc Ancestor Medicine will not be shared unless client provides explicit permission or unless it is required by law.
- All appointments will start by the appointed time. A grace period of 10 minutes, will be provided to the client before the online meeting will be shut down.
- For group meetings, a grace period of 5 minutes will be provided. After the 5 minutes, client will not be permitted to join the group meeting. This ensures that the meeting objectives can be met within the allotted time and other meeting participants are not negatively impacted.
